It first appeared at dawn on the 3rd of September.

It was rumoured that preparations to demolish the tower block had driven it out of it's hiding place and into the cold, wet Liverpool daylight.

Was it an ancient species of spider, coming to light after millenia hidden away from prying eyes?

Was it the steam-punk invention of a mad genius?

Was it just looking for Ziggy?
 

Or was it just the latest part of Liverpool's Capital of Culture fun and games.

I've been waiting to see this since I heard that the people who brought 'The Sultans Elephant' to London in 2006 where planning something for Liverpool. Now it's here I really can't wait!
