Pinched (as so many things are) from [personal profile] trixie_chick

Ask me seven questions. Not just any seven questions though. No, to keep it interesting, use the seven questions as per below - just copy and paste the following, replace the blanks with something you want to know/ask (e.g., 3. Donkeys or sandcastles and why?), anything you want, personal, silly, surreal or deep, comment away and I'll answer honestly as I can! Then post this in your own LJ and see what kind of things people want to ask you!

1. What do you think of _____________ ?

2. When did you last ____________?

3. __________ or ___________ and why?

4. What did you ______________?

5. What's your favourite ______________?

6. How would you ______________?

7. Who would you most like to ________ ?

2. When did you last do something that scared you, and what?

3. Chocolate or vanilla and why?

4. What did you enjoy most in school?

5. What's your favourite website?

6. How would you like the enjoy the summer?

7. Who would you most like to interview (something like... where you get to sit down with them and pick their brains out entirely)?

1. I really enjoyed it, the twists and red herrings definitely kept me intrigued all the way through. I'm guessing Zach is going out of the show now but it would be curious to see him in a 'Hannibal Lector' style consultancy role from time to time.
I'm also looking forward to the House finale, part one was yesterday but I haven't got around to watching it yet.

2.Well, agreeing to go to India in September has got me a bit scared largely because I really, really don't like the heat and India in September is going to be very hot! Apart from that I'm ashamed to say I'm not that much of a risk taker these days.

3. A hard choice (and I'm resisting saying both!) but I'd probably come down on vanilla as a good vanilla ice cream has a lovely clean, traditional taste to it.

4. Definitely the sciences. I did Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE grade (that's up till age 16) and then tried to do all three at A Level (up to 18) but wound up being 'persuaded' to drop Chemistry and Physics for other subjects as my enthusiasm wasn't quite backed up by my brain power!
I enjoyed the experimental nature of science, the rigour of having to account for why things happen the way they do and then designing the experiments or theories to prove/explain things.

5. I've no chance of being able to say just one, like you I'm going to fail at favorites ;)So here's a couple of those I like. My homepage is the BBC website and thats always where any random surfing begins. There is just so much contained there.
Neil Gaimans Journal is always good for a read with such a wide variety of topics being unearthed.
My fave webcomic at the moment has to be Multiplex (www.multiplexcomic.com), a webcomic set in a cinema with staff that just love to prank each other and the customers.

6. Not at work would be a good one ;) I think it would definitely be taking photo's for a project or commission. I'm taking pictures for a week in July for my church's Summer festival, my sister gets married in August and I have orders to shadow the pro photographer there and then I'm off to India in September, in part to take pictures for Anna's work. So I think I'm actually going to get my wish, I just hope I'm up to it.

7. Someone I would have liked to talk to would have been Henri Cartier Bresson, one of the greatest photographers. I'd have asked him about his portrait work, how did he get his subjects to agree to sit and then what he did to catch them to produce the wonderful pictures he did.

Answers for Andy:

Unfortunately, no better than last season. The names they are rumouring for transfers don't really inspire and the top 3 are still the top 3. But then so long as we don't get worse . . .

Last trip to the theatre was to see MacBeth at Theatre Clwyd. A good version of the play stripped down to a 90 minute running time.

Definitely BBC

Most likely a soldier, although cowboy may have come close second.

Just one favourite book is impossible but since you're making dire threats then at this moment in time Terry Pratchett's Men at Arms.

Probably just in individually personal ways by those who know me.

If I say George Bush then can I leave piranha's in the bucket?

Providing they don't stay in the bucket when the water gets thrown then yes of course!
